Boredom......its like this particular feeling doesn't like to let you be. It keeps coming back as a bad dream or a horrible (well just over-emphasizing the point) ex you keep running away from!!
In my case it is usually caused coz i can't concentrate on one thing for a long time......the term long here is relatively very very short!! :P
So how does one keep his/her concentration up and running?? Lots of people say you should try meditation but has anyone really noticed how "Boring" meditation is!!! You sit down in silence and you can either chant something slowly or the other option is you play some slow meditative music. Now why should anyone take all the trouble to do that when you can just sleep albeit the sleep might not be as smooth as when you slept when you were younger but sleep never hurt anyone!! As a matter of fact some research done somewhere (yes i know i am very helpful when it comes to details!!) claims that we don't get enough sleep(we should sleep at least 8 hours to make sure our body fixes all those things it needs to fix!!) and so we are under extreme stress and what not!! So after reading that, it is normal that your level of anxiety is going to hit the roof or ceiling or whatever closest thing you can match with them. So instead of trying to do something as lame as meditation why don't people utilise that time and sleep!!
Apparently the two great stress busters are supposed to be sleep and sex and well coz i want to keep things clean I am not going to go into the later and I think I have made a point on sleep already so now I think I am getting bored of this and well I think i should go and sleep. Anyways its past 1 am and i need to get up in the morning......so much for my 8 hours and I see my stress levels increasing already!!! until next time keep sleeping and take care!! :)
